The daily balance journal report section contains four system reports: Daily Balance Journal by Group, Daily Balance Journal by Manager, Daily Balance Journal by Owner Group and Daily Balance Journal.  The criteria screen contains a farm selector; simply choose the desired farms.


 

Daily Balance Journal by Group


The daily balance journal by group report shows the current posted balances (checking account, advanced funds account, and auxiliary funds) for each farm grouped by group and sorted by farm code.


 

Daily Balance Journal by Manager


The daily balance journal by manager report shows the current posted balances (checking account, advanced funds account, and auxiliary funds) for each farm grouped by manager and sorted by farm code.



Daily Balance Journal by Owner Group


The daily balance journal by owner group report shows the current posted balances (checking account, advanced funds account, and auxiliary funds) for each farm grouped by owner group and sorted by farm code.
