The Statement Reports by Owner section is located in the main Statements program section.  This section allows users to run statement reports, both system generated and user generated, over a selected fiscal period and selected owner(s).


The first thing to choose is the fiscal period.  Select the from date and to date.  Next, choose either a user generated group (which is configured in the Statements, Configuration section) or choose a system generated statement group.  If you choose a system generated statement group, it contains generic statement categories and creates one line item per GL account (that contains a period balance) for the selected owner.
